Follow the RFP…exactly.

If the RFP calls for:
- 25 pages, double-spaced, on recycled paper with one staple in the top left-hand corner, don't send a 30-page document in a binder;
- a summary of your project's team leaders, don't just attach their resumes, actually write a few short paragraphs about your team;
- a detailed plan of how you will accomplish your goal, don't just send them a paragraph which states you will meet all your project goals in a timely fashion, actually send them a step-by-step plan; and
- examples of your past achievements, don't just state that you helped a lot of people last year, actually provide specific numbers of how many teachers you trained or how many families you counseled.
